Palletizing is the work of loading goods onto pallets, where it is necessary to consider the effective loading method and to maintain a stable load during transfer. The cargo must be carefully handled manually while considering how to load it, which is a task that requires time and physical strength.
LOGITO proposes a robot that can perform the palletizing process with high precision and speed. You can reduce the heavy labor. In addition, by adding an object recognition function, palletizing work of various sizes and shapes can be introduced without teaching.
In factories and warehouses, it is linked with various IT/IoT upper systems and MES, and performs appropriate handling for various items such as small, thin, soft, and unstable posture. Depending on the items being handled, we use suction, pallet receiving, special conveyors, etc. to achieve optimal transportation.
In addition, intelligent image recognition functions can also be installed, allowing for handling that takes into account the posture of products and work.
The robot palletizer was developed to meet the needs of stacking that could not be automated due to various circumstances, such as sites where mechanization was desired but space was a problem or the ceiling was low and the introduction of robots was abandoned.
