Depalletizing, the process of unloading goods from pallets, is a very labor-intensive operation, requiring manual handling of goods of varying sizes. When working hard for long periods of time, there is a risk of dropping the load due to fatigue, so highly accurate and careful work is also required.
LOGITO proposes a robot that can perform the depalletizing process with high precision and speed. You can reduce the heavy work. In addition, by adding an object recognition function, depalletizing operations of various sizes and shapes can be introduced without teaching.
In factories and warehouses, it is linked with various IT/IoT upper systems and MES, and performs appropriate handling for various items such as small, thin, soft, and unstable posture. Depending on the items being handled, we use suction, pallet receiving, special conveyors, etc. to achieve optimal transportation.
In addition, intelligent image recognition functions can also be installed, allowing for handling that takes into account the posture of products and work.
The robot palletizer was developed to meet the needs of stacking that could not be automated due to various circumstances, such as sites where mechanization was desired but space was a problem or the ceiling was low and the introduction of robots was abandoned.
