Transfer work in factories and warehouses occurs in various situations, such as shipping and unloading, storage, manufacturing, and packaging, because the work stations for each process are separated. As differen types of cargo are handled in different ways, the transfer work is diverse and the cost of management and operation increases.
LOGITO provides customers with the optimum transfer process with high-cost efficiency for customers from a wide range of equipment such as conveyors and AGV/AMR.
AMR equipped with the latest autonomous driving algorithm. The stop position accuracy is the industry’s top level of ±5mm. It is suitable for transporting parts and precision equipment in logistics warehouses and manufacturing sites. Devices such as collaborative robots can be retrofitted, making it possible to use not only for transportation but also in various places in the manufacturing site. The main lineup includes models with a transportable weight of 300kg and 600kg, and customization can support up to 1t.
We have a lineup of conveyors that can be adapted to various types of pallets and tote boxes. Designed in a modular format, the conveyor can be optimally placed according to the customer’s requirements, significantly reducing the time required to start up the line. It can also be integrated with automated warehouses and AGVs/AMRs, contributing to the automation and labor-saving of transportation processes.
Automating the vertical movement of heavy objects that are dangerous to handle manually increases safety while achieving efficient inter-floor transportation. It can handle a maximum height of 24m and a transport weight of up to 300kg. It has a lifting speed of 6m/s and a stop position accuracy of ±2mm, making it fast and highly accurate. It is also equipped with multiple safety devices, ensuring high reliability for equipment, cargo, and personnel.
